The Group is confident of carrying out following Job Responsibilities:
i) To establish marketing set-up in the region and products specified by the management.
ii) To identify target customer segments and their requirements & assist in developing the pricing strategy in line with the sales & marketing strategic plan.
ii) Understand & assess implications of changing market and demand trends on the overall pricing strategy of the company. In the process develop an understanding of product demand by geography, by customer category and by type of end use for both domestic and international markets.
iii) Develop understanding of key competitor trends, specifically pricing strategies that competitors are taking in the market place. Ensure effective market research studies & use all the information to develop the benchmark in order to implement the best strategies & practices.
iv) Liaise with the Bureaucracy at the state and central govt. level so as to ensure business from the Government departments.
v) Develop an effective database of customer, price & demand trends.
vi) Monitor customer complaints & coordinate with technical persons at plant to resolve it to develop strong customer relationship.
vii) Build & develop facilitative processes to support marketing team.
viii) Derive right product Mix with the application of existing resources and with respect to the market requirement.
ix) Derive a Strategy and develop efficient media development planning and implementing the same to get better market penetration and ultimate better market share
